Elizabeth has more than 30 years experience in coaching/counseling, and she initially started using StrengthsFinder® in her work as a Career Counselor at the University of Northern Colorado. For the past six years, she has focused on helping to create “thriving workplaces,” while supporting teams and managers in reaching their full potential.

Elizabeth earned a BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and an MA in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.

Born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, Elizabeth currently lives in Greeley, Colorado. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her partner Jason, walking her pup Sicily, attending plays, gardening, and cooking.
