In the happiest, most productive teams, all of the individuals on the team are using their talents and strengths to their highest degree.
Unfortunately, few teams function this way. In large part, teams don’t operate as successfully as they could, because no one is keenly aware of what strengths each team member brings to the group. Without specifically knowing “who does what well,” managers and leaders often assign the wrong tasks, jobs, projects, and responsibilities to the wrong people. Perhaps this is why a Gallup study showed that only 13% of employees are engaged at work.
We’d like that number to be 100%, which is why we’re pleased to offer StrengthsFinder coaching for teams. These coaching sessions take place by phone, in team meetings or one-on-one sessions.
Why hire a coach who specializes in StrengthsFinder? Because we can come in as objective observers. As experienced team facilitators, we can help keep the group focused. Sometimes, categorizing people – even in the positive way that StrengthsFinder encourages – can be challenging and charged. We can help ensure that the discussion stays inspiring and productive.
Our coaching for teams is based on the StrengthsFinder personality test. Also known as the CliftonStrengths assessment, the online test takes about 35-45 minutes to complete, and it identifies each person’s top five strengths, out of 34 possible strengths. Because of this, StrengthsFinder is an incredibly powerful team-building tool, one which produces far better outcomes than other tests such as DISC, Myers-Briggs, and Enneagram.
Imagine a team in which every member is happy, productive, and supportive of all of the other team members…a team in which the whole is far greater than the sum of the parts…a team in which everyone is deeply engaged and operating at full capacity.
We can help you create that team!
Through StrengthsFinder coaching, we can help:
