Frequently Asked Questions About Our StrengthsFinder® Trainings

Below are questions that people often ask about our StrengthsFinder® trainings:

Can you customize the StrengthsFinder® training to meet our exact needs?
Yes, and we love to do that! We can customize the StrengthsFinder® training to accommodate your size of team, type of team, the length of the training, the delivery method (remote, in-person or a hybrid), the number of training sessions, and more. Most importantly, we can customize the StrengthsFinder® training so that you can achieve your desired outcomes and leverage the training for months or years to come.

Which is better, the remote StrengthsFinder® trainings or in-person trainings?
The type of StrengthsFinder® training that would be better for your team depends on what you’re looking for and the composition of your team.

If some or all of your team members are working remotely, remote StrengthsFinder® trainings are generally better. Remote StrengthsFinder® trainings make it easy for everyone to click in and participate, and they’re also more cost-effective.

In-person StrengthsFinder® trainings can have even more of an impact on team building, and our StrengthsFinder® training session(s) can be a standalone event, or combined with a conference, workshop, or retreat that you’re already holding.

Do you also offer advanced StrengthsFinder® training?
Yes, we offer advanced StrengthsFinder® training for groups and teams, as well as “train the trainer” programs, and one-on-one, individualized coaching and training.

Do you offer StrengthsFinder® training for leadership teams?
Absolutely! And we can customize the StrengthsFinder® training to meet your exact needs, as individuals, as leaders, and as a management team.

Should everyone who’s going to be attending the training take the StrengthsFinder® test?
Yes, you’ll want to make sure that all of the people who will be participating in the StrengthsFinder® training have taken their tests and know their top 5 strengths (in order).

If someone on our team has already taken the StrengthsFinder® test in the past, should they retake it?
In general, the answer is no. If people who have already taken the StrengthsFinder® test know their top 5 strengths (and the order of them), there’s no need to retake the test. If they took the test, but don’t remember their strengths, we can step them through how to get their results from Gallup®.
